Join the fun at Sorso Wine Room for a hands-on sangria and sake cocktail-making class. Led by Joe Intiso, Spirit Specialist at Southern Wine & Spirits, this class will teach you simple summer sangria ideas and educate about sake and how to use it more than as a shot at a teppanyaki grill. Cost is $25 per person, which includes workshop, recipes, sips and bites. Featuring TY KU Sake and locally made Iconic Cocktail Company.
